so nathan put me up to this challenge to use everything in our cabinet. more on why later, but lets just say- i'm always up for a good challenge! so, the last week or so, and going forward, we are trying to creatively use the things already in our cabinet with just a few additional ingredients. i kind of like it- planning meals and what not based on a set list. so now, anytime i go to plan/cook, i pretend i'm in the chopped kitchen on food network. dorky? sure. but thats just who i am :)
